How Silver Shield Works 
The patented coating layer in the Silver Shield™ mask creates a sustained release of silver ions. These silver ions interfere with a pathogen’s cell growth by disrupting transport functions of the cell wall thus inhibiting cell division and interrupting cell metabolism of pathogens which have come into contact with the mask.
